Job Description

We are seeking a mature and experienced female Facilities Manager who excels in reporting, administrative management, leadership, and auditing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities, managing electricity usage, maintaining all assets, and supervising cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and running efficiently.Electricity Usage
: Monitor and manage electricity consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability.Asset Management
: Maintain an inventory of all assets, ensuring they are properly managed, maintained, and accounted for.Cleaning Supervision
: Supervise cleaning staff to ensure all areas are kept clean and hygienic.Reporting
: Prepare and present regular reports on facilities, asset management, and electricity usage.Administrative Management
: Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.Leadership
: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the facilities team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Auditing
: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field. Strong skills in reporting, administrative management, leadership, and auditing. Valid driver's license. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Auditing License Relevant certifications in facilities management or administration.
