Facilities Manager

Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Facilities Manager, in Mhluzi, Middelburg.Responsibilities:

Delegate and supervise responsibilities for maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, and security operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or improvements needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility improvements.
Run routine maintenance inspections.
Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation.
Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes for repairs and other work.
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
