Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance (preventative, scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs) and machinery/equipment/tool costs.
Initiate, manage and cost all new projects.
Oversee sustainability from each venue to an estate on a whole ensuring compliance with various bodies.
Oversee security on the estate including security contract, security officer presentability and performance as well as all CCTV, alarm systems, barrier and electric fence.
Implement and maintain health and safety on the estate to ensure compliance including risk assessments and incident investigations, food and safety measure.
Oversee housekeeping and the effective management of teams, structures and procedures.
Oversee legal exposure of the farm and ensure effective insurance cover for both public liability and asset insurance costings.
Monitor, manage, and oversee solar, water systems, and fire systems
Oversee and manage all tech on the farm in conjunction with IT department.
Oversee golf operations including in-range systems, power backups, golf equipment such as carts and maintenance equipment.
Manage and monitor estates infrastructure.
Estate vehicle management (license renewals, maintenance, insurance, repairs, and procurement).
