Minimum Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience within the

Sector * Minimum NQF Level 6 in Facilities Management or similar essential

• Must be able to maintain and update the fixed installations database I Schedule preventative maintenance I Manage building upkeep, and test security systems I Promptly respond to urgent maintenance I Communicate with vendors I Compile compliance reports I Oversee third-party suppliers, and ensure health and safety adherence
• Must have strong understanding of maintenance schedules, emergency planning, and safety regulations I Advanced knowledge of office equipment and project management .
• Effective communication, multitasking, initiative, responsibility, and a systematic approach
• Must have contactable references
• Must be able to pay slips on request

Salary Structure:

• Negotiable salary package, based on experience
