To manage the Administrative team and ensure daily office tasks are completed seamlessly as well as streamline and execute administration workflows and procedures when focusing on new personnel recruitment and training.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Proficient in Labour Legislations
5-10 Years Administration Experience
5-10 Years Supervisory Experience
Excellent Verbal & Witten Communication Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-site Administration and control
Attend relevant internal and external committee, community and/or industry meetings
Authorise purchase orders on a monthly basis to ensure vendor/suppliers accounts are paid off
Conduct General Human Resource Functions
Initiate and Chair hearings
Approve corrected clocks
Set up recruitment assessments
Conduct induction training
Effective Team Management
Coach and mentor team members
