:Key Responsibilities: * Production Management

• Lead production processes to achieve high efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to align with quality and customer demands.
• Manage workflow and optimize factory resources to minimize waste and improve output.
• Financial Management
• Develop and manage the factory's budget, focusing on cost reduction and optimal resource utilization.
• Track production costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to maintain cost-effective operations.
• Leadership and Culture
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and support performance improvement.
• Ensure the coaching and development of Production Managers and supervisors.
• Profitability
• Maximize production output while minimizing costs to enhance profitability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings in labor, materials, and overhead.
• Analyze data to address inefficiencies and improve profit margins.
• Teamwork and Self-Management
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and effective communication.
• Set clear goals for the team, ensuring alignment with production targets and individual accountability.
• Maintain high standards for self-management, organization, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualification and Experience:

• Education: Minimum Grade 12; a Degree in Production Management is advantageous.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel proficiency for report writing.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with Syspro software.
• Manufacturing Experience: 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within furniture manufacturing.
• Specialized Knowledge: Line balancing and standard minute recoveries.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective people management.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills for seamless operation oversight.
• Project management skills with proven leadership capabilities.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges.
