Factory Manager - Richards BayFull job descriptionTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Factory Manager within Constantia Fertilizer at Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.Responsibilities and DutiesManage and supervise all aspects of the factory operations, ensuring efficient production processesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsOversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipmentLead and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staffMonitor production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior managementCoordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished productsFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the factoryQualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management roleProven track record of managing large teams and complex operationsStrong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsComputer literate The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
