A leading kitchen manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions seeks an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead their cabinetry manufacturing facility and ensure the efficient manufacturing of kitchen components.Position: Factory Manager

  • Degree or diploma in manufacturing/ related field.
  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with a focus on cabinetry manufacturing and installation.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry design, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Responsibilities:Production Oversight:
  • Manage day-to-day factory operations, focusing on cabinetry manufacturing and assembly.
  • Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all manufactured cabinetry meets design and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Resource Management:
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including skilled labour, machinery, and materials specific to cabinetry manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels for cabinetry components.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate the cabinetry manufacturing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
  • Implement best practices and innovative manufacturing techniques for cabinetry.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all factory personnel, with a focus on safety protocols specific to cabinetry manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels for cabinetry components and coordinate with logistics to manage stock efficiently.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and losses.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cabinetry manufacturing activities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on factory performance, with a specific focus on cabinetry production.
