Farm and Self Catering Management Couple - South AfricaFull job descriptionWe are seeking a versatile MANAGEMENT COUPLE who are passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment to take over the management of Farm.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHer: Guest Services: xe2x80xa2 Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. xe2x80xa2 Foster a welcoming and friendly environment, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. xe2x80xa2 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently providing excellent service and addressing guest concerns or complaints. xe2x80xa2 Arrange bush delights, special occasions, and special holidays. Staff Management: xe2x80xa2 Supervise Villa staff members. xe2x80xa2 Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards of service. xe2x80xa2 Manage leave applications, gate passes, and staff visitors. xe2x80xa2 Demonstrate the highest level of service excellence and professionalism as a role model for other staff members xe2x80x93 Lead by Example. Financial Management: xe2x80xa2 Monitor financial transactions, including guest bills, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Site Inspections: xe2x80xa2 Meet, greet, and host all agents. xe2x80xa2 Provide orientation to new guests. Administrative Duties: xe2x80xa2 Oversee administrative duties. xe2x80xa2 Ensure all financial data is accurate and in order. xe2x80xa2 Monitor financial transactions, including guest bills and staff accounts. Villa Management: xe2x80xa2 Maintain high levels of standards at all times. xe2x80xa2 Order and manage stock, consumables, and all the Villa assets. Managing All Projects that happing on Farm xe2x80xa2 Take charge and make sure the project run smoothly. xe2x80xa2 Handling all administrative tasksHim: xe2x80xa2 Host guests. xe2x80xa2 Maintain gardens and property upkeep. xe2x80xa2 Perform all relevant maintenance tasks on the property. Managing All Projects that happing on Farm xe2x80xa2 Take charge and make sure the project run smoothly. xe2x80xa2 Handling all administrative tasks DesiredExperience & Qualifications:Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent for both positions.Skills: Her: xe2x80xa2 Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality. Experience in 4 or 5-star establishments is an advantage. xe2x80xa2 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. xe2x80xa2 Comprehensive operational experience in Self-Catering Villa Units Management, including HR, Admin, Finance, FOH, and Guest Experience. xe2x80xa2 Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks as required. xe2x80xa2 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. xe2x80xa2 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge and experience in Villa operations, including front desk, kitchen/chef, and housekeeping. xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with the Evivo Booking platform and extranets. xe2x80xa2 Understanding of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and cost control. xe2x80xa2 Experience in marketing and social media. xe2x80xa2 Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. xe2x80xa2 Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required. xe2x80xa2 Leading by example is very important. xe2x80xa2 Desire, drive, and experience to develop the lodge to its full potential. xe2x80xa2 Ability to operate independently.Him: xe2x80xa2 Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License. xe2x80xa2 Comprehensive operational experience in Self-Catering Villa Units Management, including Maintenance, Guiding, and Guest Experience. xe2x80xa2 Knowledge and experience in garden and property maintenance. xe2x80xa2 Ability to operate independently.
