Foster a welcoming and friendly environment, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently providing excellent service and addressing guest concerns or complaints. Arrange bush delights, special occasions, and special holidays. Staff Management: Supervise Villa staff members. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards of service. Manage leave applications, gate passes, and staff visitors. Demonstrate the highest level of service excellence and professionalism as a role model for other staff members - Lead by Example. Financial Management: Monitor financial transactions, including guest bills, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Site Inspections: Meet, greet, and host all agents. Provide orientation to new guests. Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative duties. Ensure all financial data is accurate and in order. Monitor financial transactions, including guest bills and staff accounts. Villa Management: Maintain high levels of standards at all times. Order and manage stock, consumables, and all the Villa assets. Managing All Projects that happing on Farm Take charge and make sure the project run smoothly. Handling all administrative tasksHim: Host guests. Maintain gardens and property upkeep. Perform all relevant maintenance tasks on the property. Handling all administrative tasks DesiredExperience & Qualifications:Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent for both positions.Skills: Her: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality. Experience in 4 or 5-star establishments is an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Comprehensive operational experience in Self-Catering Villa Units Management, including HR, Admin, Finance, FOH, and Guest Experience. Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks as required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external stakeholders. Knowledge and experience in Villa operations, including front desk, kitchen/chef, and housekeeping. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with the Evivo Booking platform and extranets. Understanding of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and cost control. Experience in marketing and social media. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required. Leading by example is very important. Desire, drive, and experience to develop the lodge to its full potential. Ability to operate independently.Him: Valid Drivers License. Comprehensive operational experience in Self-Catering Villa Units Management, including Maintenance, Guiding, and Guest Experience. Knowledge and experience in garden and property maintenance.
