Job Description
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years proven experience in dairy farm management
- Strong knowledge of herd management, breeding, and animal health practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work long hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
