MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural diploma or degree Must have at least 5 years farm managing experience, not necessary on a flower farm. Experience of growing in greenhouses and with knowledge of fertigation systems will be preferred. Good planning skills and the ability to work with workers is important Computer literate Maintenance orientated Ability to lead and work with a team Valid driver's license
