Oversee and manage all aspects of macadamia farm operations, including planting, cultivation, and harvesting.
Implement and monitor best agronomy practices to ensure optimal crop yield and quality.
Lead, train, and manage a team of farmers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and execute farm management plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintenance schedules.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative practices into farm operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance farm productivity and profitability. Benefits:

Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in the macadamia industry, with a proven track record of farm management.
Extensive knowledge of agronomy and modern farming practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sustainable agriculture and community development.
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Proven expertise in farm management and farmer supervision.
Knowledge: Strong background in agronomy and the latest agricultural practices.
