Bapsfontein Area xe2x80x93 Gauteng Area: Our client is looking for a Farm Manager to join the team.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- NQF 3 will serve as recommendation
- Previous crop farming experience with maize & soya
- Experience operating, maintenance and calibration of pesticide and herbicide sprayers, tractors planters and other farm equipment
- Experience with managing a team of more than 10 staff members
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to function under pressure
- Good health xe2x80x93 physical stamina
- Mechanical experience and ability will be an advantage
- Valid code 8 drivers license or higher
- Planning and organizing
- Ensuring compliance with daily production schedules
- Identifying and solving of work-related problems
- Planting and harvesting of cash crops
- Implementation of crop spraying program
- Stock Control and house keeping
- Leadership, guidance and communication with workers
- Constantly adding value
