The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing brand campaigns, driving customer engagement, and expanding our market presence. As a key player in shaping our brand narrative, you will oversee content creation, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and marketing activations to grow our audience and strengthen our positioning in the fashion, skateboarding, and lifestyle space.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and product launches across multiple channels.
Content & Social Media:
Oversee content strategy, social media management, and community engagement to drive brand growth.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing:
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
Event & Activation Planning:
Lead brand activations, pop-ups, and community events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
Optimize online marketing efforts, including email marketing, paid ads, and website strategy.
Market Research & Analytics:
Monitor industry trends, analyze consumer behavior, and report on marketing performance to refine strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
Strong understanding of streetwear, skate culture, and community-driven marketing.
Proven ability to lead campaigns, manage budgets, and measure ROI.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
Experience with digital marketing, social media growth strategies, and influencer partnerships.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).
A creative thinker with a passion for culture, fashion, and community building.
