Stunning 5 Star Safari Lodge is looking for a F&B MANAGERCandidate requirements:

Relevant Hospitality qualifications are essential
Experience working as a Head Chef is beneficial
Must have at least 6 years of experience in Food and Beverage in a luxury environment (preferably in Safari Lodges)
Must have an understanding of dietary requirements including Halaal, Vegan, etc
Proven experience experience managing a diverse team with a hands-on approach
Impeccable understanding of Food and Beverage trends and the ability to keep up with these, even in remote areas
Knowledge of stock management
Understanding of financials (cost of sales/profit margins, budgets, creditors etc)
The ability to train and mentor staff, do staff appraisals and performance reviews as well and handle disciplinary procedures as and when needed
Be guest-focused and be able to create unforgettable guest experiences
Solid knowledge of wines, foods, and beverages
Be able to implement and maintain Food and Beverage procedures, SOP's etc
