Duties:Create and update training materials and modules for various Food & Beverage roles, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations in various settings (in-house, off-site, etc.).
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up to date with menu offerings and presentation styles; communicate this knowledge effectively to staff.
Educate employees on health, safety, and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Instil a strong sense of customer service in all training programs, emphasizing the importance of guest satisfaction.
Work closely with management to identify training needs and align programs with company goals and objectives.Requirements:Grade 12 & a formal Qualification in F&B / Hotel Management / Hospitality
Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on training or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu development, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tertiary qualification in training, hospitality management, or related field is a plus.
