Key Responsibilities:

Conduct FEA simulations to analyze the structural integrity, durability, and performance of mining equipment and structures.
Collaborate with design engineers to optimize designs based on FEA results.
Develop and validate FEA models to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Interpret and present analysis results, providing recommendations for design improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of design changes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA methodologies and tools, and integrate them into the analysis process.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering challenges related to FEA.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all FEA activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in FEA analysis, preferably in the mining industry.
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS
Strong understanding of material properties, mechanics, and structural analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
