****THIS POSITION REQUIRED FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Our client, a well-established motor group, is looking for a professional and fully qualified F&I to join their top-selling brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in both new and used sales who is eager to close deals and has a proven track record of achieving high-value second gross. The ideal candidate must be an excellent team player, able to seamlessly integrate into the existing work culture. It is essential that applicants are fully qualified with 120+ credits, up-to-date with CPD, and possess at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume franchised dealership. There's great potential for financial success in this role.Job Requirements:
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Fully qualified with 120+ credits
Up-to-date with Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Minimum of 2 years of F & I experience in a high-volume franchised motor dealership
Experience in both new and used vehicle sales
Proven track record of achieving high-value second gross
Strong deal-closing skills
Excellent team player
