F&I Manager | Auto Pedigree - SpartanFull job descriptionAre you an F&I specialist looking to SHIFT YOUR CAREER to an established and highly successful Automotive Dealership? Auto Pedigree is looking for a Finance and Insurance Manager with at least 1 year of motor industry experience and the relevant regulatory and legislative compliance. The successful candidate will be based at Kempton park, SpartanPosition OverviewThis is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) are upheldSpecific Role ResponsibilitiesTo implement and monitor policies, procedures and processes that will result in:maximized back end profits;compliance with legislation; andAddress all incidents and or report all incidents of non-compliance.To act as representative for financial products and services.Manage all related products and services.Define future requirements for operations and ensure the implementation of strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations and business objectivesExecute work in line with governance and compliance processes.Inform and educate customers on products to ensure retention of existing customers; Increase sales revenue and increase the organizationxe2x80x99s customer base.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Experience3 years' experience working as a qualified F&I at a dealershipMinimum QualificationGrade 12Minimum RequirementsA code 08 unendorsed driverxe2x80x99s license and own transportHighly proficient in Excel with a fair knowledge of Microsoft Suite of productsNCA AccreditionMeet the following FAIS fit and proper requirements:Up to date CPD Hours for all cyclesCompleted COBMinimum qualification requirement as determined by DOFACompleted RE 5Important to note: successful candidate will need to be willing to work weekends and/or overtime from time to time for month end if required to do so.Skills and Personal AttributesCompetencies:Communication: Able to communicate professionally at multiple levels.Knowledge of the NCA & CRAI.O.B examRegulatory Exam Certificate for RepresentativesExcellent Analytical Skills.Planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.Meticulous attention to detail, personal presentation and punctuality requiredProblem-solvingTime management, including the ability to respond to and resolve queries and issues in the minimum amount of time.Able to work independently and under pressure.Decision makingMust do business honestly and with integrity towards the client and the Company.ObjectivityAssertiveness to ensure complianceAttention to detailPersonal Attributes:CommittedProfessionalResilientDeadline drivenGoal orientatedHardworkingProactive, results-driven individual with a track record of success in area of accountability.Ability to deal with colleagues in a professional, diplomatic, polite and rational manner even when under pressure.Customer sensitivityOpen to feedback: receiving constructive feedback and providing constructive feedback
