Fibre Planner
Job Description
We require a surveyor with good knowledge of fibre planning, must be able to work under pressure and put in extra effort when required as per client's requirements.
Mile, OSP back haul and FTTH).
Duties & Requirements, but not limited to:
Travel to Sites to survey most cost effective and suitable fibre routes.
Meet with Client (Well Presented). Survey from Client cabinet to existing infrastructure (MHs, Budi Boxes, Meet Me Rooms etc.)
Sketch site with all information, measurements and landmarks.
Take photographic evidence of everything relevant onsite. Open existing infrastructure relevant to route. (eg. Manholes, Ceiling Trunking, BBs).
Produce design drawings on appropriate software as surveyed onsite.
Schedule access
Conduct inspections for drafting out of As-builts
Own vehicle & Valid driver's license NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Good Time & Self Management Skills.
Good Communications skills. and reporting
Good knowledge on using Visio, Google Earth, MS Office Program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
