Job Description


Our client in the Telecommunication industry is currently looking for a Fibre to the Home Sales Specialist (FTTH), in Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Fibre (to The Home to new and existing private individuals) which will primarily comprise your existing contacts and network as well as canvassing for new business.
  • Responsible for prospecting for new Private Clients to meet new Business targets (hunter role)
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of sales of fibre to private homeowners and individuals.
  • Build Pipeline with cover.
  • Keeping abreast of the Companyxe2x80x99s Telecom Fibre Product Suite. (Training on this as well as internal tools and procedures will be provided)
  • Lead generation and follow up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursuing lead generation activities.
  • Managing opportunities on the lead management system and CRM.
  • Completing all administrative tasks.
  • Achieve net churn of targets.
  • Prioritizing deals to maintain target.
  • Minimum sales of 4 new links per day.
  • Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of Customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Completed Matric or Grade 12.
  • 3+ Years of Direct Sales experience.
  • Must have reliable transport with a valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
  • Cold-calling experience.
  • Bilingual and excellent communication skills.
Remuneration:
  • Up to R8 000 per month plus commission.
  • R2000 travel and cell allowance.
