- Conducting informative and captivating tours, sharing insights into local wildlife, flora, and ecosystems.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of guests throughout each excursion.
- Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and attending to their needs.
- Operating safari vehicles and maintaining them to the highest standards.
- Adhering to all conservation and environmental regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Field Guide, preferably in luxury tourism or outdoor education.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guided tours and providing outstanding guest service.
- In-depth knowledge of local wildlife, plants, and geography, with a passion for sharing this knowledge.
- Proficient in outdoor survival skills and certified in first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certification from a recognized guiding association (e.g., FGASA, CATHSSETA).
