The Field Operations & Knowledge Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, integration, and management of the knowledgebase within technology management. This role ensures a structured, secure, and accessible repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials. The coordinator will assist in designing and optimizing workflows and will travel to establish depots, ensuring adherence to policies and workflows. A key aspect of this role is being hands-on with stress testing at manufacturing sites and having strong IT skills, including LAN, as well as basic mechanical and electrical principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledgebase Management:
Assist in developing, integrating, and managing a structured and secure repository of SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
Workflow Support:
Help design and optimize workflows to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
Field Operations:
Conduct regular field visits to establish depots and ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and workflows.
Stress Testing:
Be hands-on with stress testing at manufacturing sites to ensure quality and compliance.
Collaboration:
Work with ecosystem partners to compile, categorize, and maintain critical operational knowledge.
Knowledge Sharing:
Support the implementation of scalable and efficient knowledge-sharing frameworks to drive operational autonomy, reduce redundancy, and eliminate siloed information structures.
Continuous Improvement:
Assist in digital transformation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
Documentation and Systems Management:
Ensure transparency, consistency, and security in all documentation and systems.
Training and Development:
Help develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are well-versed in SOPs and workflows.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree:
In Business Administration, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 Years:
Experience in knowledge management, information systems, or a related field.
Technology Management Experience:
Experience in technology management or a related industry.
Field Experience:
Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits to establish depots and ensure compliance with policies and workflows.
Hands-On Stress Testing:
Experience with stress testing at manufacturing sites.

Strong IT skills, including LAN setup and maintenance.
