Purpose of the Job: To manage the delivery of client objectives and targets within parameters of responsibilityKey Responsibilities:-Supervise and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Conduct regular field visits to assess sales team performance, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and increase market share
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless sales and distribution processes
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
