My client a leading and well known FMCG Company based in Epping, Cape Town requires a competent and experienced Field Sales Manager for the Retail Channel .Requirements:Matric essentialA tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing would be beneficial.A minimum of 3 to 5 years Sales and Merchandising experience.Mid level mngmnt position with 2 direct reports and management of Agents.SPAR Channel experience an advantage.Must be an excellent SALES driver and Sales target driven.Must be able to motivate agents to achieve targetsMust be client centricMust have excellent all level communication skills.Must be highly proficient in ExcellA valid drivers license is essentialMust speak English or Afrikaans fluentlyMust be Criminal ClearMustbreside in the greater Cape Town area.
