We are seeking motivated and results-driven External Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively promoting our range of telecommunications products and services, including internet fiber, VoIP solutions, and related offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Networking:
Identify and develop new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with prospective clients to secure sales agreements.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal sales team and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that arise.
