Instrumental in ensuring that new Field Activation Officers and Sales Representatives are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles while also providing ongoing training to help them grow and improveResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for field sales agents, including in-person and virtual sessions.xc2xb7 Sales Process Education: Teach the fundamentals of RedClouds field sales process, ensuring all Field Activation Officers (FAOs) are consistent in their approach.xc2xb7 Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching to FAOs to enhance their performance, build confidence, and drive sales effectiveness.xc2xb7 Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation of training resources, including presentations, manuals, guides, and video content tailored to the needs of field sales teams.xc2xb7 Field Shadowing: Accompany FAOs on sales calls to observe, provide feedback, and coach them on techniques and best practices.xc2xb7 Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of FAOs through regular assessments and feedback sessions, identifying areas for improvement.xc2xb7 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales enablement and sales management teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.xc2xb7 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new sales techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.Requirements:xc2xb7 Matric Certificate or NQF 4 equivalentxc2xb7 FMCG or Ecommerce proven sales experience.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and methodologiesxc2xb7 Good Knowledge of Red101 app is preferredxc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)xc2xb7 Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., SalesForce, HubSpot)xc2xb7 Basic data analysis skills and reportingxc2xb7 Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsxc2xb7 Strong communication and presentation skillsxc2xb7 Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.xc2xb7 A good understanding of sales processes and techniquesxc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.xc2xb7 Ability to travel and spend time in the field with sales teams.Check out the links below to see what our CEO Justin Floyd has to say about our plans for growth for the year ahead, and to see our latest video on the mission were on!
