  • Maintenance/services of all Hain Lifescience instruments at client sites across Africa and at our laboratory.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing of all Hain Lifescience instruments at clients and at our laboratory.
  • Keep the Loan Unit register updated.
  • Report weekly activities to the Operations Manager.
  • Planning activities on a weekly and monthly basis including services and service schedules at clients and for the laboratory.
  • Ensure administration and documentation is always in order with regards to planning, registers, feedback.
  • Coiling, Crimping, Packaging of detonators distribution, Service Operator
  • Installation, Fault Finding, Repairs, Calibrating and Maintenance of LPMS Machines, Training Site Owners
  • Low Voltage operating and fault finding
  • Low Voltage Live Working
  • Replacing pole mounted circuit breaker
  • Maintenance of circuit breaker in an energized distribution pillar box/meter box, replacing a fuse element, Installation/Removal of cable in an energized Distribution pillar box Livening up / disconnecting of customers
  • Panel wiring
  • Testing and repairing of motors and starters
  • Pick required stock as per description and quantities.
  • Sign picklists as per required materials and quantities and pack stock into the boxes or flyer bags to prepare for shipping or deliveries.
  • Pack received stock or received shipments stock in their respective cupboards.
  • Perform Stock count (counting and confirming inventory)
  • File stock count sheets and filing Manifests, signed del notes, Waybills, collection and delivery register.
  • Housekeeping: Warehouse
Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Demonstrated experience with IVD instrument servicing and maintenance
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hard working.
  • No criminal record.
  • No history of substance abuse.
  • Good health.
  • Willing to be trained.
