Field Service Engineer (rms)
Job Description
Details on job description/responsibilitiesMaintaining, servicing, repairing, and technical support of all products
Encompassed by the business ZEISS and other products as required from time to time
Preparation and submission of job cards timely
Preparation and estimation of costs of work required
Provision of technical support to sales personnel for exhibitions/demos and clients' visits
Visiting clients countrywide and international
Offering and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA)
Liaison with the company's internal staff
Providing continuous feedback to management
Train customers
Maintaining existing customer data base
Mentoring and internal training of Trainees / new engineers
Job Requirements
EducationDiploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Experience/Special Knowledge/ Personal Attributes
5 years minimum experience in the field of Electron Microscopy or
equivalent field
Special knowledge of PCs, electronic troubleshooting,
software and customer interaction, Must be a team player, can work
unsupervised, can work under pressure.Preference for someone in the field of microscopy with 10 years
experience
