Field Service Sales Technician

Job Description
:
- Willingness and ability to communicate with customers, verbally and via email daily
- Ability to liaise with customers professionally and courteously.
- Calling on existing and new customers whilst maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customers
- Identifying new clients and cold-calling on potential customers.
- Setting and chasing sales
- Generating new pump sales, spares and workshop services
- Assisting with further growing the field service department revenue and sales.
- Gaining new service contracts
- Recording previous services completed and ensuring these customers repeat pump services.
- Install and repair pumps and systems on-site.
- Report reports on time both weekly and monthly
- Develop relationships with key role players such as Technicians, Engineers, Maintenance Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Distributors, and End users with existing and new clients
- Drivers License essential
- First Language Afrikaans is preferable as many of our customers prefer to communicate in Afrikaans.
- Good technical hands-on skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter and proactive individual
