International firm where you can further develop as a Service Technician Specialist. Commissioning and maintaining of pumps for various clients in the industrial, Food Manufacturing, Water purification and pharmaceutical industries. Gain world-class training. Combine your technical know-how with your client skills by procuring new client services contracts and gaining new pump sales.:

• Willingness and ability to communicate with customers, verbally and via email daily
• Ability to liaise with customers professionally and courteously.
• Calling on existing and new customers whilst maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customers
• Identifying new clients and cold-calling on potential customers.
• Setting and chasing sales
• Generating new pump sales, spares and workshop services
• Assisting with further growing the field service department revenue and sales.
• Gaining new service contracts
• Recording previous services completed and ensuring these customers repeat pump services.
• Install and repair pumps and systems on-site.
• Report reports on time both weekly and monthly
• Develop relationships with key role players such as Technicians, Engineers, Maintenance Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Distributors, and End users with existing and new clients

Skills & Experience:

• Drivers License essential
• First Language Afrikaans is preferable as many of our customers prefer to communicate in Afrikaans.
• Good technical hands-on skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline driven
• Accepts change
• Can multitask successfully
• Energetic and Motivated
• Can work under pressure
• Confident and have reasoning skills
• Self-starter and proactive individual

Qualification:
