VACANCY: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANAREA: DURBAN, KWAZULUNATALOur client, one of the leading providers worldwide of packaging solutions are seeking the services of an Electrician with the following qualifications: xc2xb7 Trade Test Electrician (Red seal)xc2xb7 2-3 years Electrical and Mechanical experience Post Gradexc2xb7 PLC experience in maintenance and fault finding.xc2xb7 Computer literatexc2xb7 Sound knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics and valvesxc2xb7 Motor AC DrivesResponsibilities: xc2xb7 Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.xc2xb7 Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service or repair.xc2xb7 Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field.xc2xb7 Repairing equipment and replacing faulty parts.xc2xb7 Installing and testing new equipment.xc2xb7 Providing preventive equipment maintenance.xc2xb7 Providing technical training on new equipment installations.xc2xb7 Maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.xc2xb7 Completing job reports.The ideal person should have leadership qualities, be self-motivated, must be willing to work under pressure and travel.An attractive salary package is offered with benefits depending on experience.
