Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team.Responsibilities:

Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customer.

Skills:

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
A trade certification (such as Millwright, Electrician, or Diesel Mechanic) is beneficial for specialized industries.
2+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment repair.
Industry-specific experience in manufacturing, automotive, IT, medical devices, or telecommunications is beneficial.
