Field Service Technician
Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team in Steelpoort, Limpopo.
The successful candidate will provide a safe and efficient mechanical service through effective maintenance and installation of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimum availability and minimal breakdowns.Responsibilities:Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and machinery.Conduct and oversee pre-use inspections to ensure safe operation and compliance with procedures.Maintain general standards and procedural administration for completed tasks.Ensure good housekeeping and environmental practices.Comply with Occupational Mine Health and Safety Act regulations.Communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.Plan and control spares and fuel usage through an ordering system.Requirements:Trade Test - 26DProof of Apprenticeship (3 Phases signed off)Matric CertificateHydraulic experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in a similar environmentExperience working with Deutz, Cummins, John Deere, CAT, and similar engines for heavy-duty equipment and vehiclesBenefits
