Job description
JOB PURPOSE
The position requires one to have technical proficiency of all industry related hardware. Extended working hours and long-distance traveling are fundamental requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Specifications include but are not limited to:
INCIDENT RESOLUTION & IMPLEMENTATION
Conform to Contractual SLA requirements
Adherence to the Incident Management Process Flow as specified by Stowe internal Policies
Accurate completion of worksheets, checklists and project documentation
Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving
Product Support
Hardware Support
Staging of Project equipment
Conformance to implementation standards
Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
Safety File upkeep
ADMINISTRATION & TOOLS MANAGEMENT
Adherence to time lines and accuracy as defined by Stowe internal Policies and procedures
Boot Stock Management
Weekly Vehicle inspections
Hardware Tools
o Tools, condition
o Cell phone & Tablet
Software Tools
o Laptops, Antivirus, Legal Software etc.
o Stowe Images, availability
o Utility Software, availability
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Understanding and implementation of Stowe policies and procedures.
Additional Tasks that may be given at management's discretion

Time Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 Qualification
A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent
At least 1 year IT industry experience
Driver's License
Passport
