Job Description
A leading vegetable seedling producer in South Africa has a vacancy available for a Field Support and Sales Officer.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Marketing of various seedlings and recruiting new business.
- Maintenance and support of the existing client basis.
- Sound communication with production team to ensure timeous delivery of seedlings to clients which is mostly farmers.
- Follow-up and support the clients with the relevant information to establishing and growing of seedlings.
- The position will report to the National Sales Manager.
- Minimum qualification National Diploma Agriculture (or equivalent)
- Relevant marketing, sales and field support experience in the agricultural field will be advantageous.
- Reliable, proactive & energetic.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literate.
- Valid Code 8 drivers license.
