Job Description

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. AD user creation, Deleting of user account on AD Assign License for O365 and other applications. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue with Third-Party Companies. Assigned Groups and give permissions to shared drives. Assist with BitLocker encryption and Token reset. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers). Deployment of Window through server and Setup of laptop, cell phone and desktop. Setup of mobile phones (Intune Company portal) Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, Switching, ICE, IP conflicts etc.) Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for software solutions/vendors/brands. Printer support and setup. MS O365 Support and basic company softwaresupport.
