DUR002211 - FIELD TECHNICIAN (AGRICULTURE) - BALLITOPurpose of the Job:
Supporting Agronomist/Horticulturists by collecting various Agri-samples (soil, leaves, water etc.) according to standardized Standard Operating Procedures and sending the samples and related paperwork to the relevant lab for analysis.Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- Agriculture Qualification will be advantageous.
- Must have own pickup truck (bakkie)
- Experience with agriculture/farming will be advantageous
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans
- Collect soil, water, leave, petiole etc. samples from various farms
- Capture location data on company system
- Complete relevant paperwork for every sample collected by accurately capturing data on the relevant form.
- Forward paperwork and samples to the relevant lab and person.
- Ability to lift and carry
