Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide timely and effective service to customers, ensuring their appliances operate at peak performance.
Repairs & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair a range of appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and more.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest technologies and products, ensuring high standards of repair and maintenance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory.
Customer Education: Advise customers on proper appliance care and maintenance to enhance their user experience.
Travel: Travel within Pretoria to attend to customer service calls and support.

Requirements

Technical Qualification: Relevant technical qualification or certification in appliance repair.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field service role.
Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
License: Valid drivers license and the ability to travel throughout Pretoria.
