The Field Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for visual training for store staff and for installation and maintenance for store windows and in-store visual merchandising standards for seasonal campaigns and all promotions also including Kurt Geiger & Gant.Reporting Line

Key Performance Areas:
Ensure correct installation and maintenance of seasonal windows on all brands Ensure that all store communications are executed effectively and efficiently in stores and provide summaries and feedback Implement visual training to coach and develop staff on visual merchandising requirements Ensure effective implementation of Sale and other promotions in stores and provide feedback summaries
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a fashion environment
Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 Completed Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study is highly advantageous Further Courses, certifications, and professional affiliations in line with Marketing, Visual & Brand Management will be highly advantageous
Additional Requirements:
Retail knowledge MS Office proficiency (including PowerPoint) Good written communication skills Training experience Valid Driver's License*
Ability to travel for more than 80% of the time*
