:
Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
Syfervaardig;
Goeie organisasie vermoe;
Akkuraat en ywerig.
Verantwoordelikhede:
Ontvang van dokumentasie vir liassering;
Liassering van dokumentasie volgens voorgeskrewe prosedures en vereistes;
Hantering van navrae;
Byhou van administrasie.
Afrol en voorbereiding van dokumentasie;
Ondersteuning tot Regsadviseurs en Klientediensfinansiering.
Main purpose of the position:
Filing of documentation according to required standards and specifications.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12;
1-2 years administration experience.
Skills:
Computer literate (MS Office);
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Good numerical ability;
Good organisational skills;
Accurate and diligent.
Responsibilities:
Receiving documentation for filing;
Filing of documentation according to the required procedures and requirements;
Handling of inquiries;
Maintaining administration;
