You will assist in bookkeeping processing of invoices, debtors, creditors, loading of payments, recons. Onboarding of Suppliers and Clients - data capturing and general administration.Salary NegotiableMin RequirementsMatric5 years Girl Friday / Finance Clerk/ Admin Clerk experience - All roundersPastel experience required - invoicing processingDebtors & Creditors experienceCredit Application experience (Vetting) added bonusExcel experienceAssist with Bookkeeping - processing - PASTELDistribution of customer statements and follow upsDrawing up invoices, in month reportingDo daily checking supplier invoices and delivery notesDaily checking customer invoices and delivery notesLoading supplier invoices onto Pastel, calculating VAT
