Job Description


Key Responsibilities Summary:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee effective budgeting processes.
  • Manage and maintain internal controls.
  • Supervise patient services management.
  • Implement governance and risk management strategies.
  • Lead quality and people management initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification or completed articles are highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within a services environment.
  • Ability to learn industry-specific terminology quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidates Will Have:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • Advanced communication skills to effectively manage the hospital's financial operations.
  • Relevant finance experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
