Job Description
:We are looking for a finance contractor for our Real Estate team at the Mr Price Group. This is a 4 month contract. The purpose is to manage rental payments and related functions by capturing rental invoices from landlords and performing reconciliations against supplier statements and the lease management database.Responsibilities:1. Capturing & Payments:xc2xb7 Capture local and foreign rental supplier's expenses on purchase order system (DAX) against correct cost centre/supplier.xc2xb7 Ensure all EFT's are done timeously.xc2xb7 Calculate turnover rental due.2. Reporting & Recon:xc2xb7 Prepare a Variance to Last Month report on a monthly basis and send to Commercial Manager for review.xc2xb7 Maintain electricity consumption reports and BEE certificates.xc2xb7 Prepare and ensure turnover certificates are sent to landlords annually. Update and send turnover sales to landlords monthly.xc2xb7 Perform a recon against the supplier statement and if variances found, follow up. Monitor rentals against the lease management database.Qualifications:1. Education:xc2xb7 University Degree/ Diploma: Finance/Accounting.2. Experience:xc2xb7 2-3 Years creditor's experiencexc2xb7 Experience with dealing with landlords and rentalsA reminder that this is a 4 month fixed term contract
