Job Purpose:
Maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to Lucy Electric South Africa's finance department
Key Accountabilities
1. Financial Recording
Processing purchase requisitions Generate invoices and credit notes.
2. Financial Reporting
Preparing monthly Purchase Requisition report
Preparing monthly Request-To-Order report
Preparing monthly Travelling report
Preparing monthly Fleet report
Preparing monthly credit card report
Preparing monthly employee expense claim report
Preparing ad hoc reports
Preparing the aged analysis report
Preparing monthly trade receivable and trade payable report Sending invoices with statements
3. Administrative support
Assisting Finance team with documents required for Finance, BBBEE, Quality and SARS audit Adding new customer and supplier on the system
Filing of all finance documents
Taking clear messages and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders
Customer Ref Checks
Customer payments Follow-ups
3. Treasury
Preparing the BOP forms
Preparing exchange control applications
Preparing monthly journals: Vodacom & Fleet
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills
National Diploma in Accounting Computer literacy in Ms Office, Excel Spreadsheet
