Our clients present an entire spectrum of Commerce, Media, Communications, Branding and Marketing, Information Technology, Hospitality, Motor, Metal and Engineering, Chemical and various other industries.We are looking for detailed orientated, effective, and driven Finance Administrator/Jnr.-Mid-level Bookkeeper to join our team in Gauteng, to work as part of a team to ensure accurate financial records whilst ensuring compliance to financial standards and legislation.We offer a great working environment and a commitment that you will be challenged to perform at your best while we continue to grow our business.This is what is important to us and what we expect from you:
*Managing and ensuring up to date financial records by accurately recording financial transactions in the accounting system.

  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Generating financial reports, such as supplier and customer analysis, income statements and balance sheets as requested.
  • Assisting in preparing tax returns, assisting with audits, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Managing creditors to ensure accurate and timeous payment.
  • Managing debtors to ensure accurate invoicing and collection of monies.
  • Assisting with the accurate preparation of billing sheets for invoicing purposes.
  • Monitoring and tracking expenses and revenue.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Maintaining and organising financial records and documents for speedy retrieval.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards and provide required information during audits.
  • Monitoring and reporting on cash flow.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed.
