A well-established fuel company in Ballito is seeking an esteemed Finance Administrator to join their finance department.:
- Banking/ treasury related functions
- Loading payments onto bank platforms
- Cash book processing (XERO)
- Processing supplier transactions (My Fuel App)
- Processing supplier payment batches (XERO)
- Prepare supplier reconciliations
- Assist with customer & supplier queries
- Microsoft (word, excel, email)
- XERO accounting
- Web based applications
- Standard Bank Business Online
- Absa Business Online/ Integrator
