- Oversee and manage financial compliance and reporting in line with IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess risks and opportunities for business growth.
- Support the implementation of internal controls and compliance frameworks across finance processes.
- Work closely with auditors and tax authorities, ensuring full transparency and audit readiness.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting to support business decisions.
- Honours degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA Articles (essential).
- Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a finance or compliance role, ideally within ICT or Telecommunications.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and TAX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
