We are seeking an experienced Finance and Risk Manager to oversee and enhance our financial performance and risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within the manufacturing industry, with a keen understanding of financial regulations and risk mitigation techniques.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the companyxe2x80x99s assets and ensure business continuity.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the companyxe2x80x99s long-term goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Prepare reports for regulatory bodies as required.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Proven experience in financial management and risk management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
